Bobbi Designs FAQs
Are the designs digital and can they be downloaded immediately after purchase?
Yes all the items sold in the store are digital files which can be downloaded immediately after purchase. After purchase, you will receive an email notification with the download link.
What file types do you send?
All downloaded files are in a jpeg file format. The files have been produced at 300 DPI, sRGB and the pattern repeats are 20x20cm. If you require files in a different format type please get in touch: hello@bobbidesigns.com
Do I need to purchase a license from you?
All current items are priced to include a basic commercial license (you can create up to 500 units of physical products or 500 square metres of fabric, textiles or wallpapers) and are targeted at small business. If you are a larger business with print runs in excess of the above, that's fantastic but please contact me directly as you will need to purchase an extended commercial license in addition to the pattern designs.
What can I use the designs for?
The designs can be used for a wide-variety of end uses including, fabric printing, children's fashion ranges, bedding, blinds and curtains, toys, stationery and home crafting to name but a few. Please note that the designs are intended for use on physical products. You MUST NOT resell the digital files, re-license the designs or upload them to any print on demand services such as, but not limited to, Spoonflower, RedBubble, Printufy, Printful, Society6, Dazzle etc. Artwork may not be used as part of a trademark and you shall not seek to register, protect or enforce any trademark. Legal action will be taken if this is contravened.
Do you offer any co-ordinating designs with the main kids pattern designs?
Yes, my design bundles include FREE matching plain and pattern designs so you can create a wide-range of items. The FREE co-ordinating designs are perfect for smaller design features such as cuffs, trims, accessories or for creating additional matching pieces in a range.
Who owns the copyright?
Bobbi Designs owns the copyright to the designs. The designs are purchased as a pattern and not the elements within. Elements of the design might be used on other pattern designs. The purchased pattern MUST NOT be altered in any way by the purchaser and the purchaser MUST NOT claim the design work is their own or re-sell the artwork files. Legal action will be taken if this is contravened.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital items, once they have been purchased we will not issue a refund. Bobbi Designs does not accept liability for any printing errors. As colours can vary on different screens and printing processes we strongly recommend you obtain a test swatch or sample prior to committing to a large print run to check you are happy with the colours and scale.
